Yoga to Restore Balance : Almost all forms of yoga help us feel better physically and emotionally. In this class we integrate myofascial release, mindful movement, breath work and relaxation into our practice to help restore balance to both body and mind. Thursday: 6.45pm Switch On Your Off Switch: We may not be able to control the external stresses life brings our way but we can learn resilience. This class uses mindful movement, breath work and restorative practices to access our natural dimmer switch - the parasympathetic nervous system. Marrying contemplative techniques with asana can be a powerful intervention to help us respond to and remove stress and tension from the body, promote emotional wellbeing and build resilience.
