Yoga helps us to learn about and ultimately guide the interplay between mind and body. In today's world it's important we understand how we can positively influence our wellbeing through the practice of yoga. Inherently therapeutic, yoga techniques can be used to release tension and stress, build stability and strength, promote relaxation and boost immunity . From complete beginner to the more experienced practitioner, Yoga for Mind- Body Wellbeing can help you unplug and connect in a more meaningful way.
From my home in your home came about in response to Covid-19. In March 2020 I moved my classes, private sessions and workshops online. My online community continue to practice at home with me.

Yoga to Restore Balance : Almost all forms of yoga help us feel better physically and emotionally. In this class we integrate the tools and interventions of yoga, myofascial release, breath work and relaxation into our practice to make our yoga therapeutic and help restore balance to both body and mind . Thursday: 6.45pm Switch On Your Off Switch: We may not be able to control the external stresses life brings our way but we can learn resilience. This class uses mindful movement, breath work and relaxation to access our natural dimmer switch. Marrying contemplative techniques with asana can be a powerful intervention to help us respond to and remove stress and tension from the body, and promote emotional wellbeing - yoga to build resilience.
