How I use your information:
Your data is used only by myself, I will never pass information on to a third party. I use the data to provide you with class and fee information, instruction, workshop and retreat schedules and offers.
I will store and use your data while you remain a contact, or attend classes, private sessions, workshops or retreats. Your data will be deleted from my contacts should you ask. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires will be deleted ( if in electronic format) or destroyed ( hard copy) when you cease to attend classes, private sessions, workshops or retreats.
Your preferences:
If you wish to change any of the information you have provided to me, contact me at any time.
In addition you have the right to request that I delete your history or unsubscribe you from communications. You can do this by contacting me via this link
Right of access:
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected and the right to ask I erase your personal data.

I will not sell or share your details with third parties. I will keep your details safe and will only use them in accordance with your wishes.
