I am 78 and have been doing yoga with Gail for 13 years, she has altered our sessions to enable me to keep fit and supple in spite of age related problems. Without her help I would not be able to keep my golf going to a reasonable high level. Thank you Gail.

"I have attended Gail's classes for many years and experienced the changing styles and practices. The mindful yoga is less physically demanding but no less intense. I hold Gail's passion for yoga and commitment to her teaching of it in the highest esteem. There is no doubt that my weekly yoga class has helped me cope with not only the day to day rigours of a busy lifestyle but also the greater physical demands of an annual ski trip and hiking holidays. My core strength, fitness levels and a raised awareness of my body have all improved dramatically. I wouldn't miss my class for the world."

Gail was my first yoga teacher back in 1999 and I spent 5 wonderful years under her guidance. Her classes became a essential part of my week, my body needed the physical component and very quickly I was experiencing the more subtle effects of yoga. Gail's anatomy and kinesiology knowledge means she can guide you delicately into poses and help you discover how the poses can fit your body. She is a compassionate and empathetic teacher, always willing to listen and offer advice. She supported me through my own teacher training for which I am truly grateful. Her classes have a neat balance of learning and fun which makes them accessible for everyone. If I still lived in the area I would be attending her classes for sure!

"I am a relative newcomer to yoga,
but Gail's personal style of teaching
and approach means that not only do
I benefit so much on a physical level.
it also becomes an indulgent hour on
an emotional level too.Truly holistic.
Wonderful!"

In April 2012 I had a terrible car accident, I fractured my
acetabulum and incurred major lung and
rib injuries. After a very long recuperation I returned to work but had concerns that my career as a Golf Professional would be majorly affected if I could not find a way to heal my body.
Gail worked fantastically with me and gave me the tools I needed to move steadily towards recovery to play my first round of golf less that 12 months after my accident. I have gone from someone who always tended to punish myself physically to being more mindful of my body and giving it what it truly needs to stay healthy. Thanks Gail.

"I began my yoga journey with Gail in 2001 after the birth of my 1st child as I wanted to get back in shape. I soon found the benefits of yoga were far beyond the physical. Gail's classes gave me an insight into the power of yoga for the mind, body & spirit. Her style was always intuitive and varied. During a few difficult times in my life, my yoga class was my sanctuary. Sadly I had to stop my classes with Gail after moving away in 2010 but my journey has continued. I have recently qualified as a yoga teacher myself. I am grateful to Gail for sharing her passion for yoga - it is a passion which continually evolves and which I hope I can share with my own students. Thank you Gail."
