I use simple tools and techniques drawn from this blend of modalities and weave them into practices to boost energy, regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress, stimulate restful sleep, improve gut health, enhance immunity and more...

About Me

I began my  yoga practice to manage a back injury almost 30 years ago. To my surprise, Yoga became a huge influence on my life's journey to date.  

I had always been involved in health & wellness but practicing yoga felt different. It felt so different I wanted to study and teach this way of tuning into your body and feelings. At the time I had never heard of neuroplsticity  - 
the brain's ability to create new neural connections in order to adapt to new experiences or learnings.
It's taken years of practice and study to digest and understand this
 inbuilt ability we all have for growth and change. It's a continual process of making choices to reform patterns and help navigate our way through life.
Yoga provides the tools for change through the practices of movement, breath work and mindfulness. It builds resilience and broadens the lens by which you understand & connect to yourself, others and the world around you. 

Yes it begins on the mat but over time you take these insights and learnings off the mat and integrate the concepts into your daily life - Yoga to move, feel and Live better,
